Led by our certified, professional and knowledgable coaches, our 60 minute group classes are designed to bring personal training to a small group atmosphere.
Our programmed workouts are designed to help improve your every day life — from lifting your children, to being able to squat on and off your bed — functional movement and training is at the core of what we do.
WARM UP: Class starts with a quick talk at the whiteboard to go over what the next 60 minutes will look like. Your coach will lead you through a warm-up to specifically get you ready for that day’s movements
STRENGTH & SKILL: Thoroughly review any skills or technical movements for the day, with help from our coaches to work on your technique, form and efficiency.
WORKOUT: Workout together as a group — Have fun & see the results of your hard work!
Each day the workout is different — our head coach, Josh Ortiz, OPEX CCP, programs for our group fitness. Workouts can be adjusted in weight, intensity and certain mechanics to scale to the experience and fitness level of any individual.

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!
Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
