Welcome to our new and improved RemedyWEIGHTLIFTING Program!

Our barbell club is shifting gears to an Online Weightlifting Program, and is designed for those who would like to dedicate time to a strength/weightlifting specific training protocol.

  • 6-Day/Week Programming *Included in Unlimited Memberships

  • Remote/Video Submission Coaching Available

  • 1-on-1, 2-on-1, and Small Group Coaching Sessions Available

  • In-House Mock Meets

    TRAINING HOURS are available during any Group Class or Open Gym Hours, as long as another special program is not using the front gym spaces.

    Technique Classes & Weightlifting Clinics - For those looking to learn the lifts or dial in technique, these will 1-2 Hour sessions of empty barbell work with our weightlifting coach. (2019 dates will be released soon!)


If you feel you would like to dedicate extra time to fixing technique with the Olympic Lifts, schedule a private or small group training session with our weightlifting coaches!
