Teen Athlete Camp

July 8 - August 2 (4 weeks)

Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays, 11am-12pm

Summer is the perfect time for teen athletes to improve on the foundations of performance for their specific sport(s), and also learn some new tools that are necessary to carry them into their training and sport.

Come learn from athletes and coaches who have competed & trained others at the highest level of sport and fitness — And are bringing this knowledge to our local teen athletes.

Our mission is to use the off-season to build a solid foundation for high school sports by increasing athletic potential through increases in strength, speed and agility. Training will focus on learning quality technique and movement patterns within a safe, challenging and competitive environment, while also addressing important issues like athlete mindset and injury prevention.

$139 for the 4-week program
