HOW DO I GET STARTED & HOW DOES IT WORK?

Simple! Please send us an email to nutrition@remedyathletics.com requesting to become a Nutrition Client.

Initial 6-WEEK 1-on-1 Coaching MEMBERSHIP: $200 An individual plan created for your goals, 24/7 access to a nutritional coach, weekly check-ins, 6-Weeks of education and accountability to get you started on the path to success! You will be assigned a CHECK-IN day, once a week, to follow up and update your coach on how things are going. These check-ins will be completed remotely, via email.
Month-to-Month MEMBERSHIP: $125 (4 Weeks of 1-on-1 Weekly Check-Ins, only after initial 6-Weeks have been completed).
Individual Nutritional Recommendation / Individual Coach Check-In: $40 For those who are looking for and individual nutritional plan without weekly check-ins, or if you have completed the initial 6-Week Membership and looking for follow-up check-ins as needed.

Our Nutrition Program designed not only to give you answers to your questions and help hold you accountable, but also give you the tools to help you be successful for the rest of your life. It is more than just meal plans and macros. It is creating better habits and finding new tactics to get you where you want to go, no matter what your diet preferences are.

About Your Coach

Kayla Jones, Certified Sports Nutritionist, CFL1-Tr, CFL2-Tr, WNBF-Pro

Kayla Jones is not only one of our Head CrossFit Coaches, but also a Certified Sports Nutritionist. She has been working with nutrition clients for several years now and has a true passion for helping people reach and surpass their goals! She believes in working towards having the highest quality of life when it comes health, wellness, and fitness. Her methodology is based on building the best diet around your lifestyle, instead of trying to mold your life around a specific diet.

Personally, Kayla has gained experience from experimenting with just about every method out there. Even trying out nutrition in the sport of Body Building, where she went on to take first place and earned her Pro-Card in the WNBF Figure Division.

Since then, she continues to explore new avenues, continue her research, and enjoys working on the balance of living a happy and healthy life.

 
 
Second only to starting CrossFit, working with Kayla as my nutrition coach is the best thing I have ever done for my health, fitness and overall well-being. I have had the pleasure of working with Kayla for 50 weeks so far. In that time, my weight has gone down almost 70 lbs and my waist has shrunk almost 10 inches.
