In a non-intimidating 1-on-1 setting, our Fundamental Training Sessions are designed to teach you the essentials, and prepare you to join our group classes. Here you will learn the lingo, learn the basics, as well as injury prevention through proper mechanics and modifying movements. We will have you ready for our group classes after these six 1-hour sessions scheduled around your availability.
